| 1 cup | Anna’s Orange Thins, crushed |
| 3 Tbsp. | margarine, melted |
| 3 - 8 oz. | cream cheese |
| ¾ cup | sugar |
| 3 | large eggs |
| 1 tsp. | vanilla |
| 3 oz. | semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted |
| 3 oz. | white chocolate, melted |
| 1-2 Tbsp. | raspberry sherry (optional) |
| ¾ cup | whipping cream |
| 6 oz. | semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Combine the Anna’s Orange Thins and melted margarine and press into the bottom of a 9” spring form pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Cool.
Combine the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Divide this mixture equally into two bowls.To one half add the melted semi-sweet chocolate chips. To the other half add the melted white chocolate and the raspberry sherry, if using.
Pour the milk chocolate half onto the crumb base. Spoon the white chocolate mixture on top of this. Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes. Reduce to 250°F and bake for another 30 – 35 minutes until center is firm.
Run knife around the cake while it is still hot; let cool completely.
Combine the whipping cream and semi-sweet chocolate chips in a saucepan. Using a low heat stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Pour over cooled cake. Chill until set.
